Are your products authentic?
Yes. All INGLOT products that we sell in this website and through Official Stores listed in OUR STORES are authentic.

Does INGLOT test on animals?
No.  All INGLOT products are Cruelty-free.

Is it safe?
Yes. All INGLOT products are Paraben-free, and registered under the regulation of National Agency of Food and Drug Control, also known as Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).


Do I need an INGLOT Online Account to make Purchases?
You don’t necessarily need an Account to Shop at www.inglotcosmetics.co.id as you may Log In as a Guest. But we do suggest you to register yourself to enjoy more special promotion.

I have forgotten my Password, what do I do?
If you’ve forgotten your Password, you can select the ‘Send me a Password’ option in the Log In page, and a new Password will be sent to your corresponding email address.

What happens once I place and pay for my Order?
After you have successfully placed and submit your order at www.inglotcosmetics.co.id, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. Please check your "Spam/Junk" mail as some of our emails tend to go in there if they are not marked as Safe.
The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. It includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any online credits and/or promotions, and your post-to and bill-to information.

At what Point can I Cancel my Order?
Keep in mind you can only cancel your order while it is in the “Submitted” stage. Once your order is in the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.
